The Moorings is a 17 unit condominium complex on the south side of Siesta Key. Amenities include assigned covered and uncovered parking spaces, a storage shed, a heated pool and boat docks. Situated on the inter-coastal, each unit has a panoramic view of stunning sunrises and sunsets, pelicans, mangroves, egrets, herons and often a manatee. Residential in nature, owners can rent or lease their units for a minimum of 2 weeks.
